Your privacy is a core feature of Fellowi. This summary explains how we handle your data.

What we collect

Account details (email), your profile and companion preferences, conversation messages, and durable memories you choose to keep.

What we don’t do

We do not put conversation content into application logs or analytics. We do not sell your conversations, and we do not train models on them without your explicit, separate opt-in. Sensitive details are never promoted into durable memory by default.

Your controls

You can view and delete your memories, export your data, and delete your account at any time from Settings — no need to contact support.

Retention

Conversations are kept until you delete them. Deleted data becomes inaccessible immediately and is removed from primary storage according to our retention schedule.
